We are proud to be recognized among the "500 companies with the highest revenue growth in Germany" by FOCUS BUSINESS! In collaboration with the market research institute Statista GmbH, the magazine evaluated over 2 million companies with high growth rates to identify the 500 fastest-growing businesses in Germany. The selection process was independent and focused on standalone companies headquartered in Germany. The list of Growth Champions 2020 was published in the FOCUS BUSINESS issue on October 15, 2019.

Our Journey of Growth

For over 20 years, we have been actively growing in the used car industry in every possible way. It all started in 1997 with one person who, driven by passion, began selling a few cars from his parents' garage. Over the years, as success followed, more and more employees joined us, and Dick Automobile continued to expand—right up to today.
Now, we host approximately 500 vehicles on our 30,000 sqm company site, employ around 45 staff members daily, and serve thousands of satisfied customers each year. We are honored by numerous positive reviews and a remarkable increase in revenue.

Our growth isn’t just reflected in statistics. Within the company, we strive to continuously improve, have fun, and learn from each other. Trainees are trained, while experienced team members adapt to new techniques and approaches. We consistently optimize processes and engage in meaningful discussions. Departments are becoming more structured, and each team member demonstrates their strengths daily.
